  1. The product was not well packaged. The seller used an old amazon paper bag and the order arrived damaged. As a seller myself, I understand trying to reduce shipping costs, but there was no effort made to protect the order (no bubble wrap or anything). I opened the puzzle and all the pieces were intact and undamaged, but I was a little disappointed with the quality of the packaging overall.
