  1. As described. As promised. Shipping was a mixed review. Externally was 3 layers protected, so excellent. Internally, the coins were all loose with no packing in their box so they were banged around and every coin has fresh blemishes and scratches. Pretty disappointed for the price that would have taken 1 min and 50¢ of paper or bubble wrap to prevent.
