Sorry for the delayed response. I finally found the time to install the parts and they fit perfect; problem resolved. Installation was very straightforward and easy. I did a quick google search which gave me a good tip to put small wooden blocks next to the springs to hold their position for easy reassembly. I HIGHLY recommend this seller. They are very quick to ship and very responsive. If any other issues arise with my chair and I know exactly where to go. Thanks
This was a great purchase. Recliner Parts USA was quick to respond to an email and answered my questions. I ordered and received a mint actuator motor that looked like new from the factory with all the pins and clips attached. The shipping was just as described and arrived on time without any damage. The actuator is rather pricey though the dealer, but Recliner Parts USA has dozens at very reasonable prices that are half to a third less.
The remote arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. Unfortunately it did not solve my Lazy Boy chair issue. It seems the remote is not the problem, as we thought, but rather the chair mechanism itself. Fortunately, this seller allows for free returns. ! 😁 I printed the USPS label and packing invoice, resealed the box and sent it back. I received a refund when the remote was received. Perfect!
