Leica M 3 Double Stroke rangefinder camera. Made in Germany in 1955. Serial #779705. This camera recently was fully CLA'd best as possible for a vintage camera in November 2025. Use all Leica M-mount and Leica Tread Mount lenses (with adapter). Also could use other brands M-mount and Screw-mount lenses, like Voigtlander-Cosina, Canon-RF, Konica-RF and others. Built-in rangefinder. Shutter speeds are: 1sec -1/1000 on non-rotating dial. Shutter in good working order. Good condition shutter curtains. Clean viewfinder. Working, bright and contrasty rangefinder. Contrast and bright frame lines. Working self-timer. Camera is in Ex++/Mint- or 9/9.5 out of 10 cosmetic condition. No dings or dents. Mint- vintage Leica M3 double stoke camera EXCEPT the top plate has one scratch on it next to the rewind knob(see photos). Bottom plate is clean. Camera body has original Leica M vulcanite in good condition. Original accessory flash shoe. No missing screws or knobs. Smooth film advance. Original take up spool. This vintage camera is a "good shooter" camera in overall nice clean condition; "Classic" Leica M-3 double stroke camera that has been recently CLA'D. Rare camera to find in this nice clean collectible condition. Comes with instructions, body cap, and case w/strap & box. Sells with NO RESERVE at a price of $2295.
