I was hopeful with all of the positive reviews from this seller, but, now that I received my little package, all of the positive reviews are TRUE. The seller has a niche hair product I like that's only sold in Japan. Ordered it, and it did arrive. True, it's not "next day" delivery, but the product is exactly as what I ordered and advertised. It's a decent price, and the shipping was reasonable. I would absolutely use this seller again.
I was surprised how quick it arrived from Japan to Taiwan, took only about 1 week! Product was packed carefully and in original package. It looks good and high-quality. And it works and charges well, as described. It has two (2) standart USB plugs which is the normal configuration for this model. Just a remark to avoid confusion or misunderstanding. Seller was very friendly and replied very quickly to my inquiries. Highly recommendable!!!
These cases I bought are perfect! I love my Copic pens and was sad to see in the UK they don’t seem to stock official Copic cases. This company stocks them but are based in Japan. Shipping was very reasonable and felt like good value considering it was Japan to UK and yes it took a few weeks but the items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition- it was exactly what I ordered. The communication from the company was great as well.
