The seller incorrectly listed this open box item as having the acrylic enclosure, and that enclosure is important on a test PCB with Surface Mount parts such as this. My product arrived quickly, less the acrylic enclosure, but functional. I alerted the seller to my concern. The seller acknowledged the incorrect listing and refunded my $16.19 purchase price. One would be unable to expect anything more. This seller ( as with my experience MOST on eBay) did the right thing.
Got the wrong item (bought a USB-C connection version but received a Lightning version connection). Seller’s communication was great and the item was shipped back with no issues and my refund was paid back in full. Great return experience and communication nonetheless!
