The mouse was listed as "open box" but the mouse arrived in disarray, with the cord not even tie-wrapped and just thrown carelessly in a box. Seller take better care in packaging the items you sell and ship to customers. I don't believe this warranted Negative feedback, but take pride in the items you sell to others.
Excellent item. Seller responded quickly as to a possible missing item, but seller had placed the small part in a unique slot in another component for secure shipping, so they really were diligent to insure my experience was a great one. Would do business again, highly recommended.
