This piece is in with square pusher buttons that were made in very few quantity as the manufacture started making the 13zn12 Sommatore models in its new waterproof cases with round push buttons, hence very rare piece. Watch comes with record from the archives from Longines switzerland for this watch for exact record of its production/sale showing that the serial No: 6,88xxxx was invoiced on 19th November 1945 to the company Wirth, agent of the brand in Switzerland Most iconic swiss watch of 1940’s to 1970 when the brand was the most prestigious manufacturer of chronographs watches and its movements fully inhouse in its factory in St.Imier, Switzerland.
