After the battery company reached out to me they understood my anger at the time. They agreed to a full refund, which i was skeptical cause usually you have to pay to send heavy battery back. They waved shipping. I accepted eventhough i threw my equipment out. Nice the company reached out to me on their own to make things right. Most companies dont care, so i respect them for helping me. Mails company left a empty box on my steps with it ripped open seller did ship And was fast very fast but the mail company or the neighbors idk who must have stolen the package I don't believe it's the seller ! Depressed because I receiall all my cheap item but this was 30 something dollars that I probably won't get if I can get a replacement that be great had to make a police ryeport and there absolutely useless sadly ! I seem to have gotten a defective battery but the seller was excellent and their communication and flexibility so I'm giving them five stars regardless because of their fantastic customer service and helpfulness. The batteries are a great value I just unfortunately got a bad one. Good price very well packaged and fast shipping time. They look great they felt well clearly a solid item.
