This item was new in the box, but the box was damaged and seller was upfront with pictures. They took the item out and provided pictures before sending to prove the item was in pristine condition and sent pictures of the shipping process for peace of mind. The quality of the product was as if I had bought it off the store shelf. This was a great deal because these were over $150 more in the stores when they were released.
The location area seems a little sketchy (very LA alleyway if you know what I mean) but the seller is very nice. Seller Responds quickly and made sure I got the correct item. Seller even let me try out the item before taking it just in case there is an issue. Excellent customer service, I will recommend to buy from them.
