Error the Seller had the measurements wrong from item received. Seller was super nice prompt communication customer services; there was a significant error on the Ad. However seller offer a reimbursement a full refund but item was at my level I couldn’t stop usps to return item so, disappointed for that error, but item pretty. But is a handbag that is not for my use. I might give it as a gift. Other than that it was still a good transition.
Perfection itself. It's exactly what I was looking for and at a price that was surprisingly low.
