These glasses are definitely value for money even though I paid a small customs fee when it got delivered to me in the UK.   3. Bought a replacement pair of temples for my glasses. Unfortunately when they went to ship the item, they noticed it was damaged. They immediately refunded me and sent an apology, asking if there was any other way they could make it right. Didn't end up getting anything but appreciate the customer service.
