  1. The sellers communication could've been a little better. I bought this item for a specific type of earrings that were apparently broken. Instead of communicating this, they sent a replacement pair in its stead. They were able to send a pair that were what I wanted, and they let me keep the extra pair they sent. So they were really good about getting the product to me, but it was very difficult to communicate with them at certain times.

They took the item out and provided pictures before sending to prove the item was in pristine condition and sent pictures of the shipping process for peace of mind. The quality of the product was as if I had bought it off the store shelf. This was a great deal because these were over $150 more in the stores when they were released.
