Item was better than described. The 7 Photos in the Gallery clearly showed the condition of the Phone from all angles. Focus and resolution of the photos allowed me to closely see that there were no scratches or damage. These detailed photos are much appreciated! Item was packaged well and shipped the following business day. USPS Ground Advantage shipping was very slow and arrived late - took 9 Days, but without damage. The item was "On Sale" and was an excellent value. Thanks very much.
item arrived. communication could be better. shipping was a bit more than needed to be so i mentioned it to the seller to use fedex for heavy items. the seller sent me an discounted offer so it worked out well. packaging could be better. the item was sold as is "untested", a little sus because indeed the vcr does not work properly. i will fix it regardless, and because it was priced lower than a working unit, im giving it a positive review here, sold an item as described at a dicount.
When package arrived I was broken hearted. The iron was broken to pieces. The item was very heavy so during delivery it was tossed hard enough item was crushed. It slammed around in the box. But when I contacted the seller. Seller was very responsive immediately and very nice. Everything went thru with the return smoothly. Very relieved because it was an expensive item I made. Thank you
