It is new and was only opened for the photos. 2 are unopened, one is opened as shown in the photos. It is the camera enclosure and sun shield. It does not have a camera installed. It does have a heater and the built in 16 pin milspec connector which provides power, video, and zoom control. These are very expensive, we are selling them at a steep discount.
