Good communication answered all questions promptly, shipped promptly and gave tracking info, box was a little beat up when it got to me, but that would be the people handling the package, the package held together despite its handling so it was packaged well item was exactly as described as this was a present for my daughter I’m not sure if the price to value of item is correct, but that did not matter to me. If I had done research I am sure I would have found it to be a fair price.
