The item that I purchased was not working when it arrived, most likely from shipping. The seller was very helpful in immediately taking my return and refunding my money. Unfortunately for me, that was the only item from their store that I was interested in and they did not have a replacement model. I would have definitely re-purchased this item from them again. Part of the item arrived damaged. Seller offered to return it but we settled with a partial refund as there were parts I could still use. Wish item was packaged better as the part of the item damaged was what I really wanted, but thankfully the seller made it right.
