  1. Packaging was great, very protective! No additional fees or duties were due upon delivery. Quality DVD/CD player works well in OWC Mercury Pro 5.25" optical drive external enclosure. [Pioneer drives are a bit long for the OWC case. Side mounting tabs must be bent laterally to allow one screw in each tab to align with the drive's holes.] Delivery to California took 23 days, the new normal for deliveries from China. My item came in the packaging broken in two.The value i paid was reasonable but shipping was okay from where it came from.It was the right item that I ordered but through shipping and handling wasn't so gentle with such a fragile item and it arrived broken and not useful to me at all.I contacted the seller who was great with communication and understood my concern.i was issued a refund and apology.
