This collectible semi-truck is listed as "used" because it is a built model kit. I am the original owner /builder/ painter of this awesome model truck replica ....and it was an honor to build. Other than this beautiful truck to proudly display in your collection, it comes with a nice set of the original instruction sheet and a small cut out photograph of the "box art". No original box still exists. This model features a sturdy build with exceptional clean style. A custom fade blue metallic basecoat then a wet coat of clear, decals and then a finish of clear. it is almost perfect in its' color and shine. There will never be a day when the decals just simply "curl-up", "flake", or get scratched! The customizations are simple . One is that the top of the sleeper cab comes off to reveal the inner workings of the bunk area (complete with simulated mirrors on the wall.) and the other is a small brass pin with which to set the 'dollies' when the tractor is uncoupled from the trailer....then there is a convenient "stash" receptacle in the front frame of the trailer for the brass pin. The idea of this build and subsequent collecting of this model was to be an exacting replica built only BOX STOCK without changing or adding to the original model any more than I thought necessary. HOWEVER, when it becomes yours....fell free to add to this beauty ! Sold as is and with the caution that it is an older built kit and may experience some minor parts separation during shipping and that some minor re-glue or attachment of parts may be necessary !
