For parts or not working. Camcorder still plays old tapes and recording videos. The issue with the camcorder that 3 buttons doesn't work, I marked with orange circle on the last picture from my listing. One of the buttons is zoom button which one doesn't work, zoom still can be adjusted by plastic ring on the lens. There is damage around them 3 buttons, someone was used super glue to glue it in plastic together and possibly this is there reason why they doesn't work. Camcorder in bad cosmetics condition but still can play and record videos. This is the most important in the camcorder. Lens in good condition. You will receive camera only, charger and battery not included RETURN NOT ACCEPTED
Packaging was excellent it would survive a drop from an aeroplane. Item exactly as described and apart from a couple of sticky patches on case due to something being stuck onto it it's in good condition. Very good value for money. I can't say whether or not it works properly yet, but it does power up. Good first sign. Postage was well intentioned but courier held it at local depot for 3 days. Not good Yodel. eBay were pestering for a review prior to receipt of goods again. Not good eBay.

Hi there. Thank you for packing and posting the DVD camera I was delighted with the whole experience your end. However Royal Mail give me a delivery date and I asked for it to be delivered on the different date. They ignored that and delivered it on a rainy day when I was not in and it was left outside. Not your fault I know. Thank you it was just as described and great price too. Very responsive highly recommend you as a seller
