No foolin' around! They shipped right away. Packed up so slick it was like making a trip sitting in Gramma's lap. Better than described, and they actually cleaned it up before sending. So refreshing to not get someone else's dirt and germs in the mail. There's a whole lot of eBay sellers that could take some lessons from these folks. It was a good price or I wouldn't have bought it. Now lets see if I get a positive feedback from this seller. The last five just didn't bother. Kind of rude.
Card was dead on arrival, but the seller was extremely cooperative and cool about it! I discussed in depth the problem and the guy I talked to was very patient and transparent. He suggested I arrange a return, I got it shipped out, and have a refund on the way. Also, the card itself was a good price for the condition were it working. Overall these people seem to be polite and experienced, and thats a deadly combo nowadays. Buy from them 100%!!
The item shipped fast. The packaging was excellent. Well worth what I paid for it. However it was not the right item but it was a minor oversight that they corrected immediately by a full refund with great communication. Will purchase from them again if I see something I need. Thank you.
