Received the item fast and in good condition. But a deficiency in the app prevented me from registering a new account, just to sign in with an existing account, which obviously I didn't have. In this case it was impossible to connect the camera with my phone. I informed the seller and he offered a partial refund and keep the camera which I declined bc the camera is of no use to me. Then the seller gave me a full refund without sending a return label. It was very unfortunate, Sorry for his loss.

I am giving you positive feedback but 2 of the manufacture boxes look like they have been treated badly either before you got them and you shipped anyway to me or during shipment to me. Need them the small boxes shipped in a box not a bag. They look awful sir.
