Shimano Ultegra HP-6500 1" threaded headset, never installed - no crown race. This one is in mint condition and was never installed - but is missing the crown race. Crown Race: ISO 26.4mm (vast majority of bikes use this size). Classic looking headset with modern performance features such as ultra smooth sealed cartridge bearings. Cosmetically identical to the older 600 tri color HP-6400, which has retainer bearings. This one is in mint condition and was never installed - but is missing the crown race.
