Well, I did finally receive the item but on the first attempt they failed to put enough postage so it did not arrive. They offered to resend or refund. I ask to resend and I was told the item was out of stock even though it was still listed. I notified the seller and he said oops, he was checking the wrong item. The second time I did receive it in good condition but it took three weeks! I still posted positive feed back because he stayed in contact and after all it was a $10 item!
Awesome customer service. Order on a Saturday, seller sent out the next business day. While the seller has awesome customer service and fast response time to send out my order, shipping sucked. That being said, seller doesn't have control of how long it takes to get to you, I recommend you order 2 weeks in advance because it took my order almost 2 weeks to arrive. The shipping is with USPS. I live in the Midwest, and most of the time, shipping takes longer
Quality product, as advertised. Seller communicates and replies in a timely manner. Product is well packaged, and arrives quickly. Ordered April 4th. In my hands on April 7th. This guy ships. Note: This is a glass product and will break if you drop it on the floor. Luckily, this seller exists.
