THERE ARE A FEW LITTLE SCRATCHES OR SCUFFS ON THE CD IT SHOULD STILL PLAY FINE OR YOUR MONEY BACK THE DIGIPAK IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION VERY LIGHT WEAR PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES THERE ARE NO CUT OUT MARKS SUCH AS HOLES, OR NOTCHES IN THE CASE THIS IS NOT A BMG DIRECT OR CRC COLUMBIA RECORDS MUSIC CLUB CD.
