  1. I didn't receive the item, the seller had a shipping mix-up with my item and another person's item. Communication wasn't clear at all, but the seller did issue me a refund quickly. I was bummed out because the price for this item was a good price, so I ended up purchasing this from a retailer instead. It was a bummer, but I appreciated their quick refund.

  2. Although the ring appeared new, open-box would better describe how it came. Part of the foam on the inside of the top box cover was missing, but the ring and charger were in excellent condition. All the documentation was there and I registered the ring without a problem. It was a good value, under the retail price. Fast shipping by FedEX appreciated.
