It’s always a good idea when buying a camera to plan to buy a new battery or batteries if you want your batteries to hold a charge for a desired length of time. Typically, if we include a battery with your camera and it charges fully, it COULD last you for a while without a replacement. Please Note: If you are buying a camera that requires lithium batteries and you try to use alkaline batteries and open a return because your camera is “NOT WORKING”, we will retest the camera once returned with the CORRECT battery type, and if working properly, will deduct your original shipping cost from the refund amount plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor. The same goes if you are buying a camera or camcorder that does not include a proprietary battery or charger and you try to use a battery or battery charger that is not compatible and claim that your device is not working, after retesting your device once returned with a compatible battery and charger we find that it is working properly, we will deduct your original shipping cost plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor from your refund amount.
