The seller sent an incomplete item. We ordered a case, and the pictures clearly showed that it included an insert as part of the case. However, the seller did not include the paper insert, making the purchase essentially useless. The seller did issue a refund immediately.
seller tried and refunded my money promptly. they couldn't reach fedex either. seller did good job but fedex was ridiculous!! Item was sent to INdianapolis IN on JUne 26 and never updated since with no way to reach them. very disappointed with their service
