The camcorder worked perfectly but then a problem arose in its operation. Works as mentioned in the description, shipped out same day, the packaging was alright. It could’ve been packaged a little more sound but it wasn’t terrible, certainly couldn’t have moved or done much. Everything had bubble wrap
