Good seller ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, quick communication & response to messages. Great customer service. Interesting Ebay asks about shipping? Shipping was completely ridiculous & so unacceptable. The package was delivered totally beatup & destroyed. Pieces were sticking out of the box in at least 3 places. The box wasn't even double boxed anymore, as described by seller. Who knows what they did to it, but it broke some critical piece off of the tool. The seller quickly offered to make it right. Thank you !!!

He even went so far as to answers questions that I had not thought of like whether the drive socket was dry or not. The product arrived as described and was well packaged. These were nice DVD’s and exactly as described. Good seller communication and speedy delivery. My only complaint is that I would have appreciated a combined shipping cost with two other DVD sets that I purchased at the same time.
