Listing said missing power and no drives, acceptable. Listing also said used but working, after purchasing a power cord and installing 2 working harddrives, does not power up. Packaged in a box wrapped in a plastic bag and stuffed with strips of cardboard as cushion. Don’t know if this contributed to problem. Listing also say does not accept returns. Might be stuck with this. Carpe Diem.
