Item was as described. Item could have been better packaged. One layer of bubble wrap around a heavy metal object in a cardboard box being handled by the USPS doesn't quite cut being safely package. Item did arrive okay but the box had been taped over quite a bit. Overall it was a smooth transaction.

Seller was very helpful. I asked what the defect was & it was nothing about the flip flops but because there was no box or tags! I was super happy. I would buy from this seller again!
