Ordered multiple items from seller and had part of the shipping refunded. One of the items arrived damaged, but the box was also damaged by USPS during shipping. There was some discoloring of the item that couldn’t be seen in the listing photos. I reached out to the seller and asked for a price adjustment and very quickly received a partial refund on the item which was already priced pretty well to begin with. Seller provided excellent after sales service. The loco was as described and will be used as a static model, as it was sold as untested. The sale price was fairly valued. Shipping is always problematic when it comes via eBay shipping service. eBay shipping service is always slow and always results in customs/duty when it crosses the border into Canada. This is NOT a criticism of the seller, but is of eBay’s shipping service to Canada. Loco was VERY well packaged.
The Omega Morpher exceeded my expectations — it looks almost brand new! The seller's description doesn't do it justice; it’s even better in person. The electronics work perfectly.
