This is a Sony Handycam model DCR-SR42 digital video camera recorder with a built-in hard disk drive for direct recording and storage. Features a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens with 40x optical zoom and 2000x digital zoom for versatile shooting options. Comes with an LCD display that flips out for easy viewing and menu navigation. Includes a Sony InfoLITHIUM battery with ActiFORCE technology but this needs replaced. NightShot Plus function for recording in low light conditions or in the dark. All visible SONY and Handycam markings present, with model and compliance information visible on the underside. Made in Japan, as labeled on the camera body. Perfect for capturing memories, vlogging, home videos, or as a collectible vintage camcorder from the mid-2000s era. Tested and working but it needs a new battery as the current one will not hold a charge. Charger not included.
I've been using Ebay for a while and I've never had better customer service. There was an issue with USPS and the seller was super proactive, going above and beyond with communication in resolving the issue. When the book did arrive, it was in excellent condition and looked exactly how it did in the photos. I can't recommend this seller enough.

The console was exceptionally well packed, shipped next day and appears to be working really well! The only issue Ive had was the parental lock was on and that wasn't noted in the listing, but that was solved with some time with Nintendo customer support. Console seems in near-new condition so the price was a steal
