My item unfortunately arrived damaged due to no fault of 3rdCoastResell, they shipped the item professionally and the item was damaged due to water from USPS. I informed them about it and they immediately offered a refund. They were extremely fast to ship, extremely polite given the circumstance, and were wonderful to deal with!

Everything worked out great with this item I ordered! I got a tracking number for the shipping so I was able to track it. The packaging was very sealed so it came to me in perfect shape and it was working as described. The Value of the item was worth the effort of waiting on it and replacing my broke down one.
