Shipping was quick but arrived late; that's typical of the USPS, not the seller. I very much appreciate that the seller sold the item at almost half the price it would've been straight from its manufacturer. I was pleased to see the item had arrived in a small but hard box instead of a soft envelope, since the item was delicate and might've easily been crushed during shipping. Item was exactly as described and what I needed. Thanks for a pleasant buying experience overall.
