I overlooked that the product is coming from the Netherlands. With the recent trade agreement changes by our US government, shipments from outside the US are experiencing problems such as delays. She handled my problem satisfactorily and is a superb business woman. I highly recommend her. However, expect shipping delays if ordering outside the US.
