Received the item later than expected. In my opinion the method of shipping was a bit confusing. The item was very well packaged, the best for any item I have purchased on eBay. That being said, I attempted to contact the seller to ask about the delay in delivery and inadvertently filed a case with eBay. This was not my intention. Before I knew what was happening, eBay issued a refund to me. I am sending a check directly to the seller to pay for the item. My fault—-not the seller.
First off great communication with seller. I received package today Nov 8, 2024. Package was packed real good all items were packed real good opened all items and checked them out looks like new. Put all phones on charge them so can see if they work but I did get to clear caller ID nw have to wait for batteries to get charged.all items were as stated in listing. Thank you
The item arrived and performs per the advertisement - new. Communication with the seller was capital, they responded promptly to my queries. Had an issue with the shipping services, package was delivered but it still shows it's in transit but it's not the seller's fault. I would purchase from them again in the future, thank you.
