Vintage Swiss men’s watch from 1965-75 by Gisiger Greder Son, containing an EB 8800 movement. Movement seems to be ok but the stem is absent. Balance might have issues unknown. Light wear including loss of plating. Sold as a spares/repairs job as it’s unusual but can also be scrapped for the EB 8800 movement.
This is an excellent watch at a sensible price and is exactly as the seller described. It is so important that sellers are open about the condition of timepieces they advertise - watch collectors rely on the truthfulness of each other in these transactions, and this is exemplified in my dealing with JWH. The packaging could have been more robust, but I imagine it was lightly packed to save on delivery cost. That said, I would certainly buy again from this seller.
Nice watch, nothing too fancy but nicely elegant. Just as described, honest informations and i am very happy with the purchase. Everything went smooth and the delivery was pretty fast ! Nice seller to talk to, gets back promptly. Watch exactly as described. Couple of opportunities for improvement: postage was a little on the slow side and packaging should be better as this could have been crushed. Anyway, happy and would buy again from this seller.
