Sad story about shipping damage to what was a perfectly pristine vintage Yamaha (2006 era) home theater receiver. The packing for shipment failed. The physical damage was significant. Operational reliability was compromised. The physical appearance after the shipping damage rendered the receiver into the "Beat- lucky if it still works category". Rosewood was fully communicative and supportive, offering to pay the return freight and full credit.
