Vintage Pre-1997 - Erwin Supply Co - TAPE MEASURE - Shinnston WV - Rocky Gap WV. It closes well (you may have to just depress it a tiny bit!). Erwin Supply Co "Erwin Means Service" Advertising Tape Measure The Erwin Supply Co was bought out in 1997, and I know it is older than that because I have had it since 1982! A small tape measure reminding customers in the coal industry that "Erwin Means Service". This came from a family in Clinchco, VA. This vintage piece is in very good condition with light wear consistent with age. There is been a little bend in the tape measure behind the initial metal pull tab that seems original to the piece (looks like from how the metal tab is applied to the metal tape portion). It closes well (you may have to just depress it a tiny bit!). It is approximately 1 1/2" tall x 1 1/2" wide x 3/8" deep Photos are of the actual item at auction and are a part of the item description.
