The inside has a total of 20 different sample pens with advertising on the barrel, a letter opener and five pocket knives. Most of them indicate they are indeed samples and have some neat sample advertising - like Admiration Coffee and Bird Dog Gazette. The case has some discoloration on the inside and a few pens have some discoloration on the barrels but they are in very nice condition overall. Some of the pens are NOT from this set and don't have the typical sample advertising. Case measures about 14" wide. Guaranteed as described!
