The drawing sticks themselves are undamaged, so I asked for a partial refund. The item was not adequately packed for our postal system s haphazard package sorting and careless handling. I appreciate an attentive seller willing to make amends, however.

  2. Shipping by USPS tracking was never updated but through no fault of seller. Packaging was so well done for shipping nothing could have broken the glass votives. Thank you for that.
