This item is a WWE WWF Mattel in pacakge Elite Collection figure of former WCW NWO NWA Florida WWF WWE Wrestling star The Total Package Lex Luger. It has been signed autographed and comes with a JSA Witness COA Certification with the sticker on the bottom and the card inside the package. It is inscribed USA. While the package is still sealed there is a significant tear on the back as best seen in the 3rd and close up in the 6th photo. He was produced in 2024 by Mattel. He will be shipped in the storage case as shown and displays great as you cannot see the tear on the back. He is wearing his 1993 US Express gear. Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
