Second time ordering from this vendor. Quick response, did not expect batteries to be already charged, greatly appreciated. They did come fully wrapped in plastic so I questioned myself. I assume they are new, highly recommended. Had no real contact with this vendor but the batteries I got before were good and lasted a long time.

Item shipped and arrived quickly. Item arrived intact and well packaged. Item looked new but couldn't get it to work. Contacted seller who immediately rectified the situation with a refund. So great customer service, but I would rather have had the item working. Thank you very much to the honest seller.
