Item appeared to be unused however it was advertised as "new" which is supposed to be "unopened" but clearly not the case, It came in beat up and incomplete packaging. Not a huge deal but information should have been included in seller's ad since I could have purchased one for 30% less from ebay that was "open box" and unused.
