  1. Book came very quickly. The book was in a large enough box, with plenty of packing underneath it, but the book was loose on top. The book had some damage to it, and I don't know if it was by shipping or not, because the box looked ok. The corners of the book were damaged being not only bent, but coming apart some. The top center of the middle pages was smashed a little with some tears in the center of the pages. Other than that damage, the book looks nice and clean.
