Shipped to wrong address so there was a delay in sending another to me. Advertised as "last one" but seller had another to ship to me when the first was sent to the wrong customer. No communication from seller on shipment of replacement item, it just showed up. I had no idea when I would get my hose reel. Mistakes happen but communication is very important.
