  1. Products case was broken which means battery won’t stay in. It doesn’t affect operation but the breakage should’ve been described or pictured. Item came in an an inner sealed bag and it did not contain the brken piece meaning it was broken before despatch. otherwise, good communication from seller. Thanks.
